Fitness/Health Goals

There are different types of goals, but the ones I’m going to focus on are Daily Goals and Long Term Goals. The idea being, if I focus on the daily goals, it will gradually push me forward toward the long term finish line.

Daily Goals:

  • 9,000 steps
  • 7 hours of sleep
  • 64oz of water
  • 5 servings of vegetables
  • a 30+ minute exercise session
  • 1 hour + of creative writing, blog writing, productive learning, and/or query sending
  • 1 hour of no screen (phone, TV, laptop) time before bed
  • 1 daily tracking blog

Long Term Goals:

  • Lose 100 pounds
  • Run a 5K without stopping/walking
  • Lower A1C (Not be pre-diabetic)
  • Lower Triglycerides to normal levels
  • Publish a novel
  • Become fluent in Japanese
  • Be able to wear a size 40 waist pants
  • Be able to wear a normal XL shirt
  • Be able to ride Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey at Universal Studios

Some of these are lofty goals, but with time, dedication, and endurance, I believe every single one is reachable.
