Food 1: Vegan BLTA
Food 2: Vegan corn chowder
Food 3: Roasted Asparagus and potatoes
Food 4: 1/8 cup of rice

Afternoon Snack: 5:00pm
Food: 3 servings pita chips

Dinner: 8:00pm
Food 1: Homemade lettuce wrap hamburger w/ vegan cheese.

Evening Snack: 10:30
Food: 4 vegan meatballs

Daily Vegetable Servings: 4
