So, sometime last Friday, I injured my left foot. I can’t put any weight on the lateral side at all because it hurts like hell…
The thing that pisses me off the most is I have no idea how I did it. I didn’t bump it or drop anything on it or trip over something or anything similar like that… at least that I can recall. It felt fine all day until the evening when it suddenly started hurting. It was worse Saturday morning too.
I had a really good groove going for workouts, and now I feel I’m gonna miss out on some things I want to do and lose some of the progress I have made until it heals up. That said, I’m really trying not to be hard on myself, and I will need to compensate by changing up my diet a bit until I’m all better.
Still… this really sucks.

Food 3: Coffee w/ Soy Milk.
Food 1: 1/2 Vegan Burrito
Food 2: 1 cup spicy vegetable soup w/ vegan cheese
Food 3: Roasted broccoli and potatoes
Food 4: 1/4 cup Crispy Chickpeas
Food 1: 4 street tacos
Food 2: Dried mango slices
Food 3: Plaintain chips
Daily Vegetable Servings: 4
Exercise – None… I rested and propped my foot up all night…
