Daily Tracking: June 7th, 2019

The first day where I completely forgot to track anything… It was a really busy day, but that is no excuse.

Wake Up: 5:45am
Hours Asleep:  5 hours
I Felt:  TGIF… haha

Breakfast: 7:00am
Food 1:  Croissant
Food 2: Coffee w/ soy milk

Lunch: 12:00pm
Food 1: Chipotle Bowl (Too big… way too big) (Veg 2)
Food 2: Tortilla Chips 

Afternoon Snack: 3:30pm
Food: More tortilla chips

Dinner: 7:45pm
Food 1: 3 homemade fish tacos (veg 1)
Food 2: Refried Black Beans
Food 3: Lily’s stevia chocolate squares 

Daily Vegetable Servings: 3

Something I’m Thankful For: Having a job where lunch is catered and treats us to go see movies occasionally. 🙂
