Food 2: Zen Bowl with tofu, tempeh, and rice
Food 3: Parsnip/Potato mash (Veg 1)
Food 4: Roasted squash (Veg 1)
Food 5: Cucumber salad (Veg 1)

Afternoon Snack: 5:00pm
Food: Pop Chips

Evening Snack: 9:30
Food: Grilled vegan cheese sandwich

Dinner: 6:00pm
Food 1: Ahi Tuna Sandwich 
Food 2: Potato Chips
Food 3: Trail mix
