Wake Up: 6:00am
Hours Asleep: 5 hours
I Felt: a little sick… I think there is a bug going around.

Breakfast: 7:00 am
Food 1: English muffin Breakfast sandwich with 1 egg, 2 meatless sausage patties, 1 slice of Follow Your Heart American cheese.

Lunch: 12:30pm
Food 1: Baked Potato w/ vegan cheese sauce and toppings (vegan bacon and chives)
Food 2: Bowl of vegan chili
Food 3: Asparagus
Food 4: Broccoli w/ vegan cheese sauce

Afternoon Snack: 4:30pm
Food: Skinny Pop Rice Cakes

Evening Snack: 10:00pm
Food: Apple

Dinner: 6:30pm
Food 1: Bowl of Homemade Chicken Noodle Soup
Food 2: 2 Servings of Chicharon
Food 3: 1 Hopia Cake

Exercise 12:30pm
Workout type: Couch to 5k
Duration:
26 minutes and 1.6 miles
Mood: Pretty great. ^^
