Daily Tracking: May 6th, 2019

Wake Up: 5:45am
Hours Asleep: 4.5 hours.
I Felt: Tired. Insomnia hits hardest on Sunday nights.

Breakfast: 7:00am
Food 1: 1.5 scrambled eggs
Food 2: 1 meatless sausage patty
Food 3: whole grain English muffin and a slice of Follow Your Heart American cheese.

Lunch: 12:15pm
Food 1: Vegan BLT
Food 2: Asparagus
Food 3: Quinoa and Kale
Food 4: Vegan Tomato Bisque

Afternoon Snack: 5:00pm 
Food: 1 small bag of Hippeas

Dinner: 8:00pm
Food 1: A large bowl of homemade chicken noodle soup
Food 2: a few pumpernickel pretzel sticks
Food 3: Chips and Salsa 

Exercise: No workout again today. I was supposed to go for a hike, but sadly something came up at the last minute and I had to cancel.  I’m really bummed about this, but it can’t be helped.  Tomorrow I’m going for a run with a friend at work. That should get things back on track.

Activity: Created a Patreon page
Time: Off and on throughout the day

This is interesting because I’d thought about making a Patreon page before, but wasn’t sure I would be able to keep up with the content. But with the changes that are happening on that site soon, I figured I should jump in now and be grandfathered into the old tier system.

Something Nice That I Did For Myself Today: Sat down for a few minutes with some work friends to discuss last night’s Game of Thrones episode. (Spoilers: I didn’t much care for it.)

Something I’m Thankful For: That I’ve made some progress in my health journey.
