Daily Tracking: May 5th, 2019

Weekends seem to be objectively harder to track accurately. Case in point, I forgot to add the Stabilyze bar I ate yesterday during the trip up to my Grandpa‘s house.

Wake Up: 8:15am
Hours Asleep: 5-ish hours
I Felt: Angry… because the dog pooped in the hallway. She is lucky she’s cute.

Breakfast: 8:30am
Food 1: 2 meatless sausage patties
Food 2: 1 slice whole grain toast
Food 3: 1 Follow Your Heart American cheese slice

Lunch: 11:15am
Food 1: Spinach, hummus, vegan pesto, tofu wrap.

Afternoon Snack: 2:00pm
Food: 2 servings Trader Joe’s pumpernickel pretzel sticks.

Dinner: 7:30pm
Food 1: Thai yellow curry w/ tofu and rice
Food 2: Shrimp spring roll
Food 3: old fashioned donut

Evening Snack: 10:45pm
Food: 2 servings Trader Joe’s pumpernickel pretzel sticks.

Something I’m Thankful For: Lazy Sundays… even if they start with dog poo.
