Food 1: 1 Cup vegan tomato soups/ vegan cheese
Food 2: Black bean hummus w/ tortilla shreds
Food 3: Pinto beans
Food 4: 2 Vegan empanadas
Food 5: Spanish quinoa

Afternoon Snack: 4:00pm
Food: 1/2 oz pistachios

Evening Snack: 6:00pm
Food: 1 serving of vegan cheddar Hippeas puffs

Dinner: 7:45pm
Food 1: 4 slices Homemade Vegan Margarita pizza

Food 2: Pecans, Stevia Chips, and unsweetened dried mango

Exercise: Rest Day
