Wake Up: 5:45am
Hours Asleep: 4.5 hours
I Felt: Anxious. This tends to be common when I don’t get enough sleep.

Breakfast: 7:00am
Food 1: 2 Meatless Sausage
Food 2: 1.5 scrambled eggs w/ butter
Food 3: British muffin
Food 4: 1/2 slice Follow Your Heart
American cheese
Food 5: Almond milk flat white.

Lunch: 12:00pm
Food 1: 2 Vegan Chicken Tacos
Food 2: Roasted Root Vegetables and Potatoes 
Food 3: 1 Tiny Fun Size Twix bar & 4 Robin Eggs Whoppers (Yeah, yeah. So I had a sweet tooth…) 

Afternoon Snack: 3:30pm
Food: 1oz pistachios

Dinner: 7:00pm
Food 1: 12 oz of Turkey Breast
Food 2: dumpling soup
Food 3: fried tofu
Food 4: 4 ritz crackers

Exercise: 5:15pm
Workout type: Hiking
Duration: 1.25 Hours 
– about 2.5 miles
Mood: Adventurous!
