So… I fell asleep as soon as I got home and didn’t get to publish this last night.

Wake Up: 6:00am
Hours Asleep: 4 hours.
I Felt: anxious

Breakfast: 7:00 am
Food 1: Sous Vide Egg Bites
Food 2: Croissant
Food 3: Coffee w/ almond milk

Lunch: 12:00 noon
Food 1: 1 cup tomato soup with croutons
Food 2: roasted squash
Food 3: roasted broccoli

Afternoon Snack: 3:15pm
Food 1: 1 oz pistachios
Food 2: KitKat square.

Evening Snack: 5:15pm
Food: 2 servings Epic Pork Rinds

Dinner: 6:30pm
Food 1: Boneless Honey BBq Wings
Food 2: Veggie Sushi Roll

Productivity/Self Improvement
Activity: Finished up 2 Freelance blogs and turned them in.
Time: 12:30pm
Duration: 30 min

Something Nice That I Did For Myself Today: I passed out and fell asleep at 8:30pm, which means I really needed that. So I’m gonna count that.

Something I’m Thankful For: a comfy bed.
