Daily Tracking: April 19th, 2019

I spent most of the night working on some freelance blogs. Because of this, I ended up having a couple late night snacks after publishing April 18th’s log, but before heading to sleep.  This is one of the things I’m really trying to stop doing, and the goal is to not eat anything after 8:00pm if possible.

Anyway, snacks added them below.

Late Night Snacks: 12:45am
Food 1: 
1 Serving Parmesan Crisps
Food 2: 1/2 Serving of Trader Joe’s Pita Chips.

Wake Up: 6:10am
Hours Asleep: 3 hours (yeah… that’s no good)
I Felt: as to be expected after only 3 hours of sleep. Was late for work too.

Breakfast: 7:00am
Food 1: 2 eggs scrambled w/ lite butter
Food 2: 1 whole wheat toast
Food 3: 2 meatless sausage patties

Morning Snack: 10:20
Food: 1oz pistachios

Lunch: 12:10pm
Food 1: Vegan Quesadilla w/ guacamole
Food 2: Red Pepper soup w/ croutons
Food 3: Stir-fried tofu,
Food 4: Pinto beans, Spanish rice

Afternoon Snack: 3:50pm
Food: Pop chips

Dinner: 8:30pm
Food 1: 2x Tofurkey Kielbasa on a bun (one to many, regret it now)
Food 2: Trader Joe’s pita chips
Food 3: 2 x square of no sugar chocolate.
Food 4I Unsweetened dried mango

Exercise: Rest Day

Productivity/Self Improvement
Activity: Freelance Blog Writing
Time: 10:00pm
Duration: 1 hour

Activity: Japanese Lesson
Time: 9:30 pm
Duration: 15 min

Something Nice That I Did For Myself Today: Had some me time at the end of the day, and relaxed.

Something I’m Thankful For: My co-workers and this adorable fat huggable rabbit the gave me today. I mean, just look at it.
